Congratulations and welcome to your new RPM Planner! 🎉

Here, you have a space to keep track of the vision 🔮 you have for your life, your reasons why, and your plan 🚀 to achieve it! The system will help you to achieve what you really want in your life fast and with more joy, all while avoiding constant stress or overwhelm!

If you are not yet familiar with the Rapid Planning Method, it is advisable that you complete “The Time of Your Life” audio course, which is available on tonyrobbins.com. Please note that the creator of this template has no affiliation with Tony Robbins (see disclaimer).

The system is structured into a 🔮 Vision Planner and an Action Planner.

🔮 Vision Planner

The 🔮 Vision Planner is a place to store the ideal life you are trying to create. You will think about what you really want, so that it becomes clear. Clarity is power and the clearer you make it, the easier it will be to make it reality!

The Vision Planner contains:

🚀 Action Planner

The 🚀 Action Planner is the place where you turn your results into reality! Here, you will capture action items which are either communications or actions. You will “chunk” these together and then create a result for each chunk by asking yourself what you want to achieve by doing this. For each result you will also create a purpose by asking yourself why you want to achieve this.

Once a week, you do this process to plan your week, and then each morning and evening you briefly cross off items you completed, add any new items, or make changes in schedule.

In the Action Planner, you create a new planner page for each week where you can keep track of your results and action items. You can either use the Notion calendar or an external calendar to keep track of your schedule.

Databases

Lastly, there’s the backend which contains Notion databases with all your results and action items. You don’t need to visit this section, unless you’re looking for a specific results or action item.

Instructions

At the top of each page, you can find an Instructions toggle heading.
